The dummy bar head and transition section of round billet dummy bar adapts to the section of round billet and has the structural characteristics of rapid separation from the billet. The section of the dummy bar body is not necessarily the same as that of the round billet, and the dummy bar body can be shared with the square billet.
The biggest advantage of rigid dummy bar for round billet is that the dummy bar will not stretch and swing during its movement, and the casting and drawing billet are stable, which is not easy to produce shaking.
Rigid dummy bar for round billet is composed of round dummy head and dummy bar body. Rigid dummy bar body is divided into several sections. The transition joint of round dummy head and dummy bar body, as well as the front and rear sections of dummy bar body are connected by side plates with pins or keyways.
